CCSP Reconciliation Action Plan

PhotographWe believe Reconciliation is shared responsibility. Our vision for Reconciliation is an inclusive Australian society that celebrates and honours it's first inhabitants and where Indigenous children experience the same life opportunities as other Australians - especially in relation to educational and health outcomes.

The Council of Catholic School Parents Mission for this Reconciliation Action Plan is to work towards reconciliation and close the gap in educational outcomes for Indigenous children through the empowerment of Indigenous parents, families and carers and school communities.

Our objective is to model Reconciliation practices, provide leadership and to foster an understanding and awareness within Catholic education and in the broader community about Indigenous culture, the importance of Reconciliation and closing the achievement gap for Indigenous children. This Plan commits us to action at a personal and organisational level.
